Basic Preparation Ready to add to any recipe as directed, as no preparation is required.
Recommended Applications This product has many uses and is ideal for cordials, glazes, fudge, caramels, and for creating cream centers. It can be used as a substitute for confectioner’s sugar in any recipe. Use as instructed by recipe for fondant sugar. To create cream centers for candy making, mix only a small amount of water and add to this sugar.
